We at Canadian Solar O&M Japan K.K. and Canadian Solar Projects K.K. presented our Health Company Declaration to the Tokyo Federation of the National Federation of Health Insurance Societies (KENPOREN) on July 7, 2021, and were awarded the Silver Certificate No. 2135 (Canadian Solar O&M Japan K.K.) and No. 2136 (Canadian Solar Projects K.K.) as an \u201cexcellent health company\u201d on October 1, 2023, in recognition of our proactive efforts in the area of health promotion as last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Health Company Declaration constitutes a program under which companies declare their commitment to promoting health throughout their organization in order to attain excellence in health and well-being. Those which achieve a certain level of results thereafter are given the \u201cexcellent health company\u201d certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items of our Health Company Declaration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– We shall have all (100%) of our employees receive physical examinations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– We shall make effective use of the results of physical examinations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– We shall prepare an environment conducive to building health<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– We shall take measures for proper diet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– We shall take measures for proper exercise<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– We shall take measures to help employees quit smoking<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– We shall take measures for good mental health<\/p>\n\n\n\n
