The\u00a0Korea Electric Power Corporation\u00a0(&#8220;KEPCO&#8221;),\u00a0South Korea&#8217;s\u00a0largest electric utility with an installed capacity of 79 GW, acquired the interests in the Astoria (100 MWac\/131 MWp), Astoria 2 (75 MWac\/100 MWp), and Barren Ridge (60 MWac\/78 MWp) projects located in southern California.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px; color: #77777a; text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-family: 'Noto Sans', Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.9); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\">This transaction marks KEPCO&#8217;s largest investment in the U.S. solar market.
