In <chron>May 2018<\/chron>, Recurrent Energy secured the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/investors.canadiansolar.com\/index.php\/news-releases\/news-release-details\/recurrent-energy-secures-financing-and-tax-equity-investment\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">debt and tax equity financing<\/a> for the project from Prudential Capital Group and U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>The North Carolina project, which reached commercial operation at the end of <chron>September 2018<\/chron>, is one of the largest operating solar projects in North Carolina.
