BluEarth will also assume management responsibilities of the projects. Located in southeast\u00a0Alberta, both projects are 31 MWp\u00a0(23 MW<sub>AC<\/sub>) in size. The projects\u00a0are co-owned by Conklin M\u00e9tis\u00a0Local 193, an indigenous community based in the rural hamlet of\u00a0Conklin and\u00a0part of the Athabasca Oil Sands region in eastern\u00a0Alberta.\u00a0Both projects\u00a0are expected to start\u00a0commercial operation in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is our third transaction with BluEarth and given their strong\u00a0Alberta\u00a0presence and deep experience in operating and maintaining large-scale clean energy projects, we believe they are the right owners for the\u00a0Hays\u00a0and\u00a0Jenner\u00a0solar projects.
